The Ville Platte Police Department reported six recent bookings into the city jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Peter Seraille, 25, 514 West Oak, Ville Platte, was arrested on August 13, 2016 for trespassing and remaining after forbidden. Seraille’s bond was set at $2,000.00 and he remains incarcerated.
• Diana Granger, 36, 1916 James Ortego Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on August 12, 2016 for theft of goods. Seraille’s bond was set at $200.00 and she posted bond.
• Mitchel Charles, 22, 320 North Fontenot, Ville Platte, was arrested on August 20, 2016 for simple battery and distrubing the peace by fighting. Charles’ bond was set at $1,200.00 and he posted bond.
• David Arvie, 35, 123 Pine Street, Ville Platte, was arrested on August 21, 2016 for disturbing the peace. Arvie’s bond was set at $400.00 and he posted bond.
• Tracey Collins, 45, 129 Lester Street, Ville Platte, was arrested on August 22, 2016 for burnt headlight, improper use of temporary plate, open container, flight, no seat belt and disobeying stop. Collins’ bond was set at $2,150.00 and remains incarcerated.
• Robert Gallow, 31, 711 MLK Drive, Ville Platte, was arrested on August 22, 2016 for resisting an officer. Gallow remains incarcerated.
