The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 15 recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Larry McBride, 37, 1528 Oak St., Pine Prairie, was arrested on March 10, 2017 for failure to appear. McBride was released from jail on a $4,000.00 bond.
• Laci McBride, 35, 1528 Oak St., Pine Prairie, was arrested on March 10, 2017 for issuing worthless checks. McBride was released from jail on a $1,800.00 bond.
• Loyd Rider, 30, 1057 Tidwell Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on March 11, 2017 for disturbing the peace. Rider was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Jimmy Aymond, 43, 218 Fleur Des Coteau, Opelousas, was arrested on March 12, 2017 for aggravated assault with a firearm. Aymond was released from jail on a $75,000.00 bond.
• Mark Stevens, 31, 2456 Second St., Ville Platte, was arrested on March 13, 2017 for domestic abuse battery and aggravated assault. Stevens was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Joshua Vasseur, 34, 220 Martin Luther King St., Ville Platte, was arrested on March 14, 2017 for disturbing the peace by intoxication. Vasseur was released from jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
• Lance Fontenot, 37, 319 East Pine St., Ville Platte, was arrested on March 14, 2017 for stalking and cyberstalking. Fontenot remains incarcerated on a $20,000.00 bond.
• Samantha Clark, 26, 12259 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Ville Platte, was arrested on March 14, for theft under $750.00. Clark remains incarcerated on a $10,000.00 bond.
• Scott McGee, 34, 1204 Poinciana Ave., Mamou, was arrested on March 15, 2017 for possession of a schedule II controlled dangerous substance. McGee remains incarcerated on a $45,000.00 bond.
• Kevin Fuselier, 34, 3497 Whiteville Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on March 15, 2017 for criminal trespassing (two counts), theft and criminal damage to property. Fuselier remains incarcerated on a $30,000.00 bond.
• Martin Johnson, 36, 406 E. Jefferson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on March 15, 2017 for DWI, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a schedule V controlled dangerous substance. Johnson remains incarcerated on a $70,000.00 bond.
• Trisha Fontenot, 41, 435 Liberty Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on March 16, 2017 for driving under the influence (DUI) (first), driving left of center and no driver’s license on person. Fontenot was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Tiffany Heinen, 29, 1138 Fournerate Rd., Eunice, was arrested on March 17, 2017 for DUI, driving left of center and open container. Heinen was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Casey Snoke, 21, 1155 Jeanus Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on March 18, 2017 for domestic abuse battery and simple assault. Snoke remains incarcerated with no bond.
• Misty Spears, 26, 1221 S. Berwick St., Basile, was arrested on March 18, 2017 for prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute. Spears was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
