The official trick or treat times for Evangeline Parish have been released.
The cities of Mamou and Basile will hold trick or treating on Thursday, October 29. Mamou’s will run between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. while Basile’s will start at 5:30 p.m. and wrap up at 7:30 p.m.
The cities and towns of Ville Platte, Pine Prairie, Turkey Creek and Chataignier will hold trick and treating on Saturday, October 31. Ville Platte and Turkey Creek will start at 6 p.m. and last until 8 p.m. Pine Prairie will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., while Chataignier will run from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
For all trick and treaters that live in the parish but outside of town-city limits, trick or treating will be held on Saturday, Oct. 31 between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
