The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported five recent bookings into the city jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Tammy R. Vidrine, 37, 1201, Tom Dr. Apt. B. 331, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 25, 2016 for prohibited acts of a schedule II. Vidrine was released form jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Dede R. Miller, 43, 1126 Fourth St., Pine Prairie, was arrested on June 26, 2016 for simple assault. Miller was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Korey J. Soileau, 30, 527 Attales St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 26, 2016 for possession of a schedule II controlled dangerous substance and violation of registration provision. Soileau was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Darold J. Cole, 26, 5757 Crooked Creek Pkwy., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 26, 2016 for theft of goods under $500.00. Cole was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Opry S. Bordelon, 30, 2454 Belaire Cove Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 27, 2016 for issuing worthless checks. Bordelon was released from jail on a $700.00 bond.
